Did you know having a healthy diet and eliminating junk foods from your daily meals could make you a more energetic and active person?
Eating healthy even affects your outward appearance; less acne, longer hair and nails, less oily skin are some ways healthy food can positively affect your appearance.
If you want to try it out and see how a proper diet can make you beautiful on the inside and out, then here is the healthy eating plan I created, tried, and recommend.

Things Not to Eat:
- Greasy foods i.e. potato chips, cheese, fried foods, hot dogs
- Unnatural breads
- Too many dairy products
- Instead, try some veggies!

Healthy snack recipe to try: Kale Chips – Super easy to make!
These are a low-calorie nutritious snack. Like potato chips, you can’t stop at just eating one.
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
