I have been a vegetarian since January, but I recently just went keto. Eating on both of these diets together is a difficult task.
You may remember my post in February where I tried keto for five days. Although I didn’t stick with it, I am enjoying being keto now.
In today’s post, I’m sharing with you a recipe that is both keto and vegetarian. You can eat this as a snack or with some other sides as a meal.

Cheese Crisps with Jalapeños
- Provolone Cheese Slices
- Pickled Jalapeno Slices
- Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 425. Prepare a pan with parchment paper.
- Spread out the provolone slices on the pan. Sprinkle parmesan on the provolone slices. Add however many jalapenos you would like, and then shake a pinch more of parmesan on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
