What’s up, Belles?
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has many health benefits inside and outside your body. Some of the benefits include clearing skin, fighting and preventing disease, whitens teeth, helps fight bad breath, promotes hair growth, and more.
Many of these benefits are why I tried different ACV uses over a five day period.

Many people recommend drinking about one tablespoon of ACV in the morning every day.
To start day one, I drank a little bit of ACV with lemon and honey mixed in a glass of warm water.
I also took ACV in pill form throughout the whole week.
ACV’s taste is not something many people find delicious, including me. I have not drunk ACV very much since the challenge ended.
Many people recommend using ACV as a toner. To do so, combine ACV and water 1:1. I also added some essential oils for more added benefits.
To take it a step further, I also used the toner on my body in addition to my face after showers and when I washed my face.
Adding it to your bath is another way to topically use ACV. ACV, warm water, and essential oils are all I used to take a detoxing bath.
ACV also has the properties to help feet not have a terrible stench. Since my feet tend to stink, I decided to try an ACV foot soak.
I didn’t notice any difference, so maybe I need to try it more often.
I am always up for a hair mask. ACV is one of my favorite DIY hair masks to use. It helps with oiliness and any damage my hair may have.
